Single Location Franchise: For a $20,000.00 CAD franchise fee, you will receive the rights to operate one store within or adjacent to a business that you already own and operate. The Empire Builder: For a $20,000.00 CAD franchise fee, you will receive the rights to buy your first store and if you buy 2 locations, it is $15,000.00 CAD for the second and $10,000.00 CAD for each additional one in your first three years of operation. What does the franchise fee pay for? A Crescent Wines franchise license for a 15-year term. Initial Training (see the Training page for additional information) Ongoing Support for the life of your business (see the Support page for additional information) To qualify for a Crescent Wines franchise: You must have liquid capital of at least $50,000 to $75,000. There are many sources of financing to help supplement what you have available and which will make the dream of owning a Crescent Wines franchise a reality. Crescent Wines does not currently provide prospective franchise owners with financing. We will, however, refer you to reputable and trusted third-party sources of financing. The Crescent Wines Store The center-point of your business is your Crescent Wines store. Our stores are virtually maintenance-free and have a wine cellar-feel which effectively markets our products by attracting customers who crave the experience of self-brew wine.
