Step 2: Next, fill out our confidential questionnaire (CQ). Click here to fill out the questionnaire right now. Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will contact you to discuss your exciting opportunity!

Step 3: In our initial interview call, you and your Crescent Wines contact will review the Crescent Wines concept and your opportunity. We'll discuss expectations and commitments for the rest of the qualification process. We'll also set up a schedule for future communications including phone calls and mailings.

Step 4: You will receive our UFOC (Uniform Franchise Offering Circular). A follow-up call is scheduled for 2-3 days after you receive the information. During the call we will answer any questions you may have.

Step 5: The password for our "Information for Approved Owners" area of our web site is emailed to you. This will give you access to our franchise owner base. We highly recommend you call at least three of our franchise owners and ask them as many questions as you feel necessary. Once you have received your password click here to get started.

Step 6: We now begin the Crescent Wines education process. Throughout this process you will receive letters and literature from Crescent Wines employees and vendors. Any concerns you have will be addressed in the literature you receive.

Step 7: You are invited to take part in a conference call with our Directors of Regional Support (DRS). The "DRS" are available to provide additional information or answer any questions you may have. They are on the front lines and can provide a unique perspective of how a Crescent Wines operation works. This process is called validation.

Step 8: Your Crescent Wines contact will have a discussion with you regarding the confidential call with the "DRS". This is the time to discuss the details of operating your own Crescent Wines business.

Step 9: The last step is to schedule an executive interview with our Director of Franchise Development. This phone call helps us to determine if your goals and expectations will be achieved through Crescent Wines. Should you be approved, you will be awarded the rights to a franchise.

Step 10: It's decision time! Let's walk through & sign the agreement together. Once you send us your signed agreement and the designated franchise fee, you're now a Crescent Wines franchise owner! Congratulations!!

Step 11: We'll introduce you to the Crescent Wines support team during a conference call. In this call we'll set your training date. You'll even have your own profile on our website!

Step 12: From this point forward, our team is yours. Contact them whenever you have suggestions, problems, or needs. Welcome to the Crescent Wines family!
