One of the first things we do at training with our new franchise owners is share
our goals in life. We all participate - the home office and franchise owners. We
all share our reasons for being there and what we want out of life. This is a
really nice way for us to get to know each other and bond," stated Gord Andrews,

From the beginning, training is about getting to know the product, the company,
and the people behind Crescent Wines. You'll learn everything from where
Crescent Wines Blends are manufactured and the high standards of care and
quality that go into making them to how to make the perfect wine. You will be
trained on each of the ingredients that goes into our wines, and how adjusting
levels of different ingredients can affect the final taste of the wine. You will
also master business operations, marketing, and staffing.
