Featuring the most celebrated and acclaimed wines from the most renowned wine producing countries around the globe. Each ultra premium kit contains the highest quality varietal grape juices (80%) and premium grape juice concentrates (20%) from each prominent grape growing country. Each wine is extremely distinctive, showcasing the unique characteristics that are created by the varying climate and soil conditions of each specific country of origin.

These wines are best left at least 3 - 5 months before consuming and will greatly benefit from 6 - 8 months of aging or longer.

ARGENTINE MALBEC Red
Malbec is a grape that originated in France. In Argentina it has found its place by yieling complex red wines that possess characteristics of blackberry fruits, licorice and spices. Malbec from this South American country is both drinkable at release and capable of aging well for several months.

AUSTRALIAN CHARDONNAY White
Sunshine yellow in colour capturing all the intensity of the "Land Down Under'". This luscious wine is full with flavours of ripe apple, pineapple and lemon. The addition of oak compliments the wine with subtle flavours of butterscotch and vanilla.

AUSTRALIAN CABERNET SAUVIGNON Red
Deep ruby colour with black currant and cedar nose. A full bodied wine having a tannic character when young. Capable of long aging.

AUSTRALIAN CABERNET SHIRAZ Red
Deep ruby red in colour with a slightly spicy nose and ripe black currant flavours. A rich, full-bodied wine with plum and blackberry tones and a smooth backbone of tannins complimented by the warmth of premium toasted oak.

AUSTRALIAN SHIRAZ Red
Big, dry and intense is the best way to describe this red wine. The slightly spicy, white peppery bouquet is followed by the full flavours of black currants, blackberries and plums.

OKANAGAN VALLEY CHARDONNAY White
A fresh wine with a vanilla and citrus bouquet. Flavours of apple, spice and subtle butter notes with a lively acidity underneath. The finish is very smooth.

CHILEAN MERLOT Red
A wonderfully soft, round wine with slightly sweet black berry fruit aromas and flavours. This wine has a lush rich texture and is nicely balanced. A great sipping wine that matches well with roasts and prime rib cooked to perfection. Includes premium American toasted oak.

FRENCH SAUVIGNON BLANC White
Lighter and slightly more acidic than Chardonnay, this wine boasts a smoky, grassy bouquet and exhibits flavours of gooseberries and kiwi.

FRENCH CABERNET SAUVIGNON Red
This small, thick-skinned grape is known as one of the top red wine grape varieties of the world and makes a serious red wine. Dark in colour and rich in tannin, this wine is brimming with black currant and plum flavours. The richness of vanilla and cedar wood are produced with the addition of oak. This is a wine worthy of aging.

FRENCH MERLOT Red
Often used as a blend to soften Cabernet Sauvignon, this grape is very quickly becoming famous on its own. Full of the rich juicy flavours of black currant, plum and mint.

GERMAN GEWURZTRAMINER White
German grapes produce a sweet version of this wine with flowery and spicy perfume notes. There is an astonishing concentration of tropical fruit, sometimes making iot difficult to discern any one distinct flavour. A “Sweet Reserve Pack” containing Gewurztraminer juice is included to naturally sweeten this exceptional wine to a low end 2 on the sugar scale.

ITALIAN AMARONE Red
Amarone is a wine made from the vinification of dried grapes. Grapes Destined for Amarone come from hillside vineyards where grapes ripen fully and a little earlier than most others which allows them to maintain slightly higher acidity levels, which is vital in maintaining the balance of full-bodied wines. Amarone has a generous, velvety body with a higher, alcohol level. Amarone has deep colour and a nose of spice and a fruity, black cherry flavour with hints of candies fruit and prunes that are typical of wines made from dried grapes.

ITALIAN PINOT GRIGIO White
A medium bodied delicate wine with a crisp and fruity bouquet followed by a hint of pear and apple on the palate. The wine has a long citrus finish.

NEW ZEALAND SAUVIGNON BLANC White
A classic racy and flavourful New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with subtle aromas of fresh cut grass with gooseberry, asparagus, passion fruit, melon and citrus notes. Many of these aromas are carried through to the palate. Please enjoy this refreshing wine young. Fabulous with goat cheese, asparagus, summer salads and chicken with fresh herbs and lemon. Includes premium toasted oak.

NEW ZEALAND PINOT NOIR Red
An elegant, medium bodied red wine with good structure and understated tannins. Look for raspberry, sour cherry, red plum and smoky notes on the nose and a fabulously round finish. A very versatile food wine that is excellent paired with your favourite grilled seafood dish and also makes a great partner to roast pork, duck or goose. Includes premium un-toasted oak.

SOUTH AFRICAN CHENIN BLANC White
Nearly a third of vines planted in South Africa are Chenin Blanc, where it is also called Steen. Chenin Blanc produces a wine that is a very pale straw colour boasting a nose of lemon-grass, melon and floral aromas with a slight kiss of honey. It is a dry, medium body white wine with crisp acidity and a clean citrus finish. A great accompaniment to lemon chicken, mango salad, lobster bisque; pork loin baked with apples in brandy.

SOUTH AFRICAN PINOTAGE Red
In 1925, Abraham Izak Perold developed a grape variety by cross-pollinating Pinot Noir and Cinsaut(often called Hermitage). Today called Pinotage, this early ripening varietal produces a wine with a medium red to purple colour with aromas and flavours of plum, cherry, cassis, spice and red and black berries. By allowing this wine to age in the cellar for a short period of time it will develop some intriguing earthy, almost barnyard characteristics. Serve with medium to full flavoured foods such as meat pies, pork risotto, barbecued ribs, venison, ratatouille, red meats with light curry seasonings, rich bean soups, tuna, shark steaks, grilled burgers and prime rib.

SPANISH TEMPRANILLO Red
Tempranillo is undoubtedly Spain’s greatest red grape with it being the most widely grown grape in the country. It is native to Northern Spain and widely cultivated in northern and central parts of the country where it produces its best results in the cooler regions. Tempranillo can generate deep-coloured red wines with characteristics of strawberry, spices and fresh tobacco. Often you will find Tempranillo blended with other grapes to create red wines such as Rioja Tinto because of its low acid and alcohol levels.

WHITE WINES

CHARDONNAY
The Chardonnay grape is considered to be the most popular white wine variety in the world. Boasting a rich golden colour with a fruity bouquet and complex flavour of green apple and tropical fruit. Includes Premium oak.

GEWÜRZTRAMINER
A distinctive and exotic wine with a heavy floral bouquet. Enjoy this unique and spicy wine of lychee and citrus grapefruit flavours.

LIEBFRAUMILCH
The featured grape variety is the Riesling in this popular style of German wine. It has light fruit on the palate and can be enjoyed dry or slightly sweetened. It is made with the enhancement of elderflowers also which gives it its flowery flavour.

PIESPORTER
This popular German wine has a fragrant bouquet accented by hints of honey. Refreshing, delicate lush flavours are light on the palate. Includes elderflowers.

PINOT GRIGIO
A majestically soft dry white wine that is low in acid with slight peach flavours. Can be enjoyed early.

BERGAMAIS
A refreshing, lighter red wine with full fruit flavours of cherries and berries found in Gamay - the featured grape. Best when consumed young and slightly chilled.

BAROLO
One of the cherished Italian wines -- deep in colour, high in tannin, full bodied and robust. It has ripe black fruit flavours and should be oaked and cellared for several months before enjoying.

CABERNET MERLOT
A well known blend of the European classics -- rich, dry Cabernet and fruity, soft Merlot. Warm, full bodied, with a berry bouquet.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This famous red wine is deep in colour with a bold tannic character. Full of berry and black currant.

CABERNET SHIRAZ
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, this wine is firm and full with peppery plum flavours and hints of chocolate.

CHIANTI

MERLOT

PINOT NOIR
