Estrella, meaning star in Spanish is a radiant blend ofTempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon that shines with brilliance. Tempranillo is Spain's most famous and widely planted grape and is the backbone of the country's wine industry.Cabernet Sauvignon is not native to Spain but has now become an important grape, especially in blends withTempranillo. Spain's warm climate allows both of these grape varieties to achieve full ripeness, developing concentrated fruit flavours while maintaining fresh acidity. On the nose this wine greets you with aromas of ripe dark fruits, a hint of dried herbs and a touch of vanilla and spice.The star of the blend, Tempranillo brings vibrancy and juicy red fruit notes while the Cabernet Sauvignon adds structure and firm tannins. On the palate, this wine unfolds with layers of blackberry, dark cherry, and subtle notes of chocolate and tobacco. The finish is long and lingering, with a perfect balance of acidity and richness.
